If you decide you’d like to travel to Saseka Tented Camp by road, it is located close to the town of Hoedspruit, on the R40 near Bushbuckridge. This area of Kruger is easily accessed via South Africa’s major routes. If you’re heading there from Johannesburg (as most guests do), the drive takes roughly 6 hours, depending on how many photo stops you want to make along the way.
When driving to Saseka, there is no need to use a 4x4, and a sedan is perfectly fine, but if you want to skip the drive, it’s also easy to get there by air, with daily flights from Johannesburg and Cape Town arriving at and departing from Hoedspruit Airport.
