On this family safari in South Africa, children of all ages will be well taken care of while parents set off on exciting game drives and walks. Exciting activities, superb wildlife safaris, local excursions and also fun in the sun at the lodge pool, ensure that everyone relaxes and has the best experience.
Game drives take place at the optimal times for game viewing, usually in the early morning and late afternoon. The drives are led by experienced rangers and trackers and you’ll be quite comfortable in the open Land Rovers, with cooling towels in summer and blankets and hot water bottles in winter. Bush walks with an armed guide take place after breakfast from the lodge.

Children on Safari
Your children will be allocated a specific ranger who enjoys interacting with youngsters. Together they will set off on special, safe game drives and walks (snacks and drinks supplied) tailored to the ages and interests of the children.
Other fun activities include pool picnics, arts and crafts, and treasure hunts. On arrival at the lodge, each child receives a Ranger in Training backpack. There are baby sitters and child minders available as an optional extra.
