Jackalberry Safari Lodge offers guests on their safari in South African a range of game viewing activities to enjoy. The area around the safari lodge is home to over 250 different bird species, making it ideal for birdwatchers.
Guests can also look forward to game drives offered twice a day. Start your early morning game drive with some hot tea and coffee and a range of snacks. Evening game drives end with a delicious dinner served in the boma (outdoor enclosure) next to the warm campfire.
Game drives are ideal for spotting South Africa's Big Five and a diverse range of African wildlife in Thornybush Game Reserve. Walking safaris can also be arrange where guests can learn more about the surrounding bush. Alternatively, relax next to the pool.
Jackalberry Safari Lodge can also be used for conferences and group activities. This safari lodge is ideal for incentive getaways, team building, management meetings and brainstorming sessions. Jackalberry Lodge also has a library and curio shop.
Please note: Children under the age of 6 are not allowed on game drives.
